Onboard Training

Our cadets go through a structured training program in which they are required to complete modules & share with our faculty. The projects are then evaluated and marks are given, each projects marks are in the end averaged to see the overall performance. The feedbacks are sent back to the cadets on each project so that they can understand the shortfalls and work to make better projects.

The training through projects is carried out in phased manner so each step can be monitored.

Our cadets performances are monitored on board by the ship staff, our staff from the shore side and then at regular intervals Cadet Training officers who board vessels and sail with it, during their stay on board they go through the record books to see the progress, advise the cadets and also discuss their progress with the Master so steps can be taken to make sure that the right guidance is provided and there is no communication gap.
